Job summary

Providence Seaside Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in pelvic health for a part-time benefited position on a day schedule. The Rehab Department delivers patient-centered care in a collaborative setting along the Oregon coast.

The role requires a PT credential (Bachelor’s/Master’s/D.P.T.) with an Oregon license and eligibility for licensure in other states as needed. Strong evaluation and treatment skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Oregon Physical Therapist license required upon hire.
• Licensure in other states where care is delivered may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy to patients with diverse diagnoses and needs.
• Perform patient evaluations and treatments to maximize independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team to support patient outcomes.

Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health at Providence Seaside Hospital - Part-Time Benefited, Day Schedule

Providence Seaside Hospital is a 25‑bed critical access hospital with full accreditation by the Joint Commission that offers primary and specialty care, birth center with family suites, general surgery, rehabilitation, radiology, diagnostic imaging, pathology and emergency medicine 24 hrs./7 days‑a‑week. The Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account the individual patient special physical or age‑related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program or,
• Master's Degree - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program or,
• D.P.T. - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Coursework/Training - Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy training to meet a particular department need.
• Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.
• License in states wherever care is delivered
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy experience to meet a particular department need.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
