Job summary

Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville, KY is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our clinical team. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, at the 100 Medical Park Dr location across from the hospital.

New grads are welcome to apply; the PT will perform assessments, develop plans, educate patients and families, and document care while adhering to HIPAA and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Valid KY PT license.
• NEW GRADS WELCOME to apply.
• Ability to lift over 50lbs.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving.
• Frequent walking and standing in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and demonstrate proficiency in body mechanics and growth/development of all ages.
• Interpret and identify functional goals to build treatment plans.
• Provide education and resources to patients and families.
• Ensure accurate documentation for treatment plans, progress notes, discharges, and evaluations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and team members.
• Maintain knowledge of hospital policies, regulations, and standards of practice to ensure compliance.

What You’ll Do
