DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:

  • A member of the health care team who plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional/Educational:
    • Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy.
    • License required.
    • Basic computer knowledge.
    • Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
    • DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.
  • Personal:
    • Works effectively with others, possessing tact, discretion, and diplomacy.
    • Demonstrates leadership and teaching ability.
    • Demonstrates an ability to be flexible, organized, and function under stressful situations.

Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
