Job responsibilities include:

• Provides the highest quality physical therapy care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results.
• Determines physical therapy treatment plans in consultation with our health care community.
• Performs advanced orthopedic manipulative therapies, exercise, patient education, and modalities as necessary to promote a movement rich lifestyle.
• Evaluates and documents patient’s progress, modifying treatment plans, and re-appraising the plan of care if required.
• Supervises clinical support staff to improve operations and employee engagement.
• Documents patient care services by charting in the electronic health record.
• Participate, market, and educate our community partners with regular participation in community outreach initiatives.
• Regularly assist with content development and programming to advance public awareness of the benefits of orthopedic manual physical therapy.

Education and experience requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
• Demonstrate a passion towards the profession and clinical excellence
• Licensed to practice in Texas
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
