Job summary

StretchLab in Florida is seeking motivated Flexologists to deliver one-on-one and group stretch sessions, promoting mobility and wellness. You will foster a welcoming environment and drive membership growth while upholding safety rules and company policies.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for stretching, a fitness background, and a professional work ethic; readiness to complete a formal 2‑day training program and participate in ongoing education is essential.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment.
• Passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility.
• Must complete 2‑day Flexologist Training Program: 20 hours online + 3 days hands-on.
• Professional work ethic, reliability and attendance discipline.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group classes for up to 6 clients.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
• Ensure safety of clients and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele.
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
• Handle member concerns when applicable.
• Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed.
• Maintain strong social media presence for client membership and retention.
• Clean and maintain equipment for client use.

Flexologist duties include, but are not limited to

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Ensure safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
• Maintain strong social media presence for client membership, interaction, and retention
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

Flexologist qualifications include, but are not limited to

• Preferred background:
• Massage Therapist
• Personal Trainer
• Physical Therapist
• Pilates or Yoga Instructor
• Dance Instructor
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
• Love of connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals
• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies
• Availability to go through our 2-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training
