We are currently seeking an experienced:

PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT)

Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive rehabilitation experience for patients and their families by providing responsive and individualized treatment plans. Ability to work in a supportive rehab environment using progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy support with local management.

Job Requirements:

• EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF where you will be working.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
