You, our Ideal CandidateAs a valued member of our in-house team, not a contracted service, you play a vital role in our residents’ journey to greater independence. You bring empathy, flexibility, and a true passion for helping others. You thrive in a collaborative setting and take a thoughtful, creative approach to supporting each resident’s unique goals and abilities.
ResponsibilitiesAs our Physical Therapist, you’ll help residents maintain or regain their strength, mobility, and confidence through individualized therapy plans. You’ll assess, plan, and deliver care that supports physical function and overall well-being
- Perform and document initial exams, ongoing evaluations, and treatment plans
- Determine physical therapy diagnoses before interventions
- Create and carry out customized therapy programs
- Administer manual techniques to relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent physical dysfunction
- Test and measure residents' motor function, strength, and endurance
- Collaborate with team members and adjust plans based on residents’ progress
- Ensure care aligns with professional, ethical, and legal standards
Requirements- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Current Physical Therapist License in Ohio
- 2 years of experience preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
