Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and deconditioning
• Develop individualized treatment plans for each patient
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes
• Support patients in returning to the highest possible level of independence
• Maintain a manageable caseload and apply sound clinical judgment

What You Will Do

As a Physical Therapist in our Skilled Nursing setting, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning. You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, and play a direct role in helping patients return to their highest level of independence. Your caseload will be manageable, and your clinical judgment will be respected.
