TheraDynamics is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to join its geriatric SNF team in New York. You will evaluate patients post-surgery or neurological events and create individualized plans to restore independence.

The role offers a supportive interdisciplinary team and autonomy in evidence-based care. We provide competitive pay based on experience, 5 weeks PTO, insurance, a 401(k) match, and access to CEUs through Medbridge.

Qualifications

• DPT or MS in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current NY PT license or eligibility to obtain license.
• Interest in geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.

What You Will Do

As a Physical Therapist in our Skilled Nursing setting, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning. You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, and play a direct role in helping patients return to their highest level of independence. Your caseload will be manageable, and your clinical judgment will be respected.
