Job summary

TheraDynamics is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our clinician-owned SNF team in New York. You will evaluate and treat geriatric patients recovering from surgeries and medical events, developing evidence-based plans of care with an interdisciplinary team.

We offer strong mentorship for new graduates, flexible scheduling (FT/PT/per diem), and a supportive environment focused on patient independence and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• DPT or Master’s in PT from an accredited program.
• New York State PT license or eligibility.
• Interest in geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Help patients return to their highest level of independence.
• Maintain manageable caseload with evidence-based care.

What You Will Do

As a Physical Therapist in our Skilled Nursing setting, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning. You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, and play a direct role in helping patients return to their highest level of independence. Your caseload will be manageable, and your clinical judgment will be respected.

What You Bring
