Job summary

TheraDynamics is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our SNF teams in the tri-state area. You will evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning.

You will develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients return to their highest level of independence. Mentorship is provided for new graduates.

Qualifications

• DPT or MS in PT is required or equivalent.
• Current NY State PT license is required or eligible.
• Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply with mentorship provided.

What You Will Do

As a Physical Therapist in our Skilled Nursing setting, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning. You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, and play a direct role in helping patients return to their highest level of independence. Your caseload will be manageable, and your clinical judgment will be respected.
