Job summary

Eastern Montana Veterans Home in Glendive, Montana is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our compassionate therapy team in a friendly, community-focused facility. You’ll deliver skilled PT services in a long-term care and short- stay setting, with a $12,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive, team-driven environment.

You’ll develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with fellow therapists, and help residents regain independence while enjoying Montana's outdoor lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in MT or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred, but new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services in a SNF/rehab setting as part of a team.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with therapy colleagues and care staff.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
