Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing facilities in Hickory and Lincolnton, NC. You will evaluate residents and provide therapy under physician orders, using varied procedures and devices to maximize functional potential across daily life activities.

We value new graduates and offer full-time or part-time options with sign-on bonuses. Full-time roles include a 5,000 sign-on bonus with option for a 4- or 5-day work week; part-time offers a 2,000 sign-on

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of employment.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy required.
• New graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and provide physical therapy treatment under physician orders.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic procedures and devices to maximize residents’ functional potential.
• Collaborate with care team to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide care in Hickory and Lincolnton, NC with flexible scheduling.

• Full Time (split between both locations)
• $3,000.00 Sign on Bonus
• Monday through Friday; option for a 4 Day Work Week
• Part Time Option; offers a $2,000.00 Sign on Bonus
• Available for each location; 20-25 hours/wk
• Flexible Schedule

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy license in state of employment
• Master’s, or Doctorate’s degree in physical therapy
