Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) or eligible to practice in Maine.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and EMR/documentation systems.
• Strong attention to detail and timely documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a rehab team in a sub-acute/skilled nursing setting.
• Flexibility with hours including per-diem assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Demonstrate current Physical Therapy license or eligibility to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.
