Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills and experience with electronic documentation.
• Be licensed or license-eligible to practice Physical Therapy in the state employed.
• Prioritize attention to detail and timely documentation.
• Work well in a team and be flexible with hours.
