Job Overview

Fairview Range is hiring a Physical Therapist for our Outpatient Rehabilitation Services department in Hibbing, MN. We’re offering an up to $30,000 sign-on bonus for a three-year commitment!

Fairview Range Rehabilitation Services provides comprehensive adult and pediatric physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, along with adult cardiac and pulmonary rehab. Our team is dedicated to elevating clinical skills through continuing education and partnerships with MHealth Fairview.

Schedule: This position involves working 80 hours per two weeks, with 8-hour shifts on the day shift and rotating weekends.

About Fairview Range Outpatient Rehab

Our services include specialty programs such as vestibular rehab, sports medicine, orthopedics, pelvic health, cancer rehab, neuro rehab, chronic pain, and pediatric rehab, among others.

Responsibilities

• Partner with patients and families, perform evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and modify individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled interventions and document appropriately.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Physical Therapy licensure in Minnesota or temporary license.
• None to 1 year of experience.
• BLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Interest in specialty areas and continuing education.
