Mercy Health is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for Urbana Hospital to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans and provide direct care across inpatients, outpatients, pediatrics, and off-site locations. The role includes documentation of progress and coordinating with the care team.
The position requires licensure as a Physical Therapist in the practicing state, and BLS certification procedures within the specified timelines. Prior pediatric and team supervision experience are advantageous.

The Physical Therapist completes initial assessments, ongoing assessments and provides skilled therapeutic interventions to patients through the use of their educational knowledge, skill, and ability. This may involve outpatients, inpatients, pediatrics and off-site locations. Services the patients as a part of the entire continuum of professional care.
