Theracare is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to deliver exemplary care and enthusiasm in working with our adult population.

Qualifications

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients according to physician orders, using therapeutic procedures to restore muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, relieve pain, and improve movement and function. They will work as part of a team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy. Services may be provided in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities, or Home Health Care.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current state license/certification
• Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board
• Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation; new grads are welcome to apply
• Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to provide therapy services in various locations
• Demonstrated competency in applying therapy principles, methods, materials, and equipment
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
