At H2 Health's Senior Care Central PA, you'll have the opportunity to work 1:1 with a mostly geriatric population and provide care for a range of orthopedic conditions, neurologic movement disorders, post-op cases, and balance programs. Our ideal candidate will have experience evaluating and treating primarily the geriatric population and patients with Alzheimer's and Dementia.

Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Experience: Prior experience working in an outpatient or memory care setting preferred, must be able to work independently.
