Lifepoint Rehabilitation, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Physical Therapist for Kindred Hospital The Palm Beaches on a PRN (as needed) basis. The role focuses on evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, and guiding daily progress to improve outcomes.
Responsibilities include staff and family instruction, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the team to coordinate care while maintaining equipment and a safe environment.

Patients come to our specialty hospitals with serious conditions such as respiratory failure, complex wounds, sepsis, stroke, congestive heart failure, or even a combination of these. Their diagnoses are often complicated by existing health problems like diabetes or COPD. Many of our patients require treatments such as mechanical ventilation, respiratory therapy, dialysis, or IV therapy.
