Physical Therapist

Job Type: Per Diem (PRN)

We are seeking a committed and patient-focused Physical Therapist to develop, recover, or maintain the daily living and work skills of individuals with physical, mental, or developmental conditions. You will provide effective, client-centered services to enable clients to perform daily activities confidently and independently, with a holistic perspective and adaptability to the environment.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Assessing, evaluating, and treating residents benefiting from skilled physical therapy services
• Completing documentation such as evaluations, re-certifications, and discharges
• Supervising physical therapist assistants
• Conducting quarterly screens and evaluations on long-term residents
• Developing and overseeing restorative nursing programs
• Assisting with insurance authorizations and appeals
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Contributing to the overall needs of the facility and staff

Requirements

• Valid license to practice physical therapy
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
