What you will do in this role:
  1. Utilize your physical therapy skills to evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and assist in their recovery. Instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs to sustain progress.
  2. Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
  3. Document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards.
  4. Instruct patients' families or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
  5. Maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean condition.
  6. Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable laws.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are provided.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Hourly range: $52.00 - $64.00 per hour.
