Rehab Without Walls is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT - PRN) in Provo, Utah. As a PT, you’ll work in the Community Reintegration Program, helping clients reintegrate into their everyday lives. Responsibilities

What you will do: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences
• Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources
• Communicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services, and family members
• Communicate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care, and enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications

What you will need:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted license as Physical Therapist in the practicing state
• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification per state regulations
• At least one year’s work experience as a physical therapist preferred
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injury
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds following safety procedures
• Physical requirements include fine motor skills, visual acuity, walking, and standing for extended periods
• Additional physical tasks include pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, kneeling, and repositioning
• A health screen or exam may be required prior to and during employment to verify physical capability
