Job summary

Memorial Physician Practices is looking for a Rehabilitation Technician in Lynnwood, WA. In this PRN role, you'll conduct assessments, provide patient care, and collaborate with rehab teams to improve patient outcomes. You will need a Physical Therapist License and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.

A Physical Therapist who excels in this role:

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
