Job Description

Facility Name: Frye Regional Medical Center

Setting: Med Surg (may float to Inpatient/Outpatient)

FTE: PRN

Location: Hickory, NC

Responsibilities

1. Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and assist in their recovery, including instructing nursing staff and families on follow-up programs.
2. Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with scheduling and billing.
3. Document patient care in accordance with regulatory and professional standards.
4. Instruct families and nursing staff in follow-through programs.
5. Maintain equipment and work environment safety and cleanliness.
6. Adhere to the company's Code of Business Conduct, compliance policies, and applicable laws.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
2. Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in North Carolina.
3. Current CPR certification.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
