What you will do in this role:

1. Apply your physical therapy skills to evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and facilitate recovery. Instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs to build on patient progress.
2. Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with patient scheduling and document charges daily.
3. Document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards.
4. Instruct families and nursing staff on follow-through programs.
5. Maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean condition.
6. Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, compliance policies, professional standards, and applicable laws.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are provided.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
