Job summary

Progressive Rehab Solutions in Carrollton, TX is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN role to deliver skilled therapy in long-term care and rehabilitation settings. You will evaluate patients, plan and implement treatment programs, and guide families in home exercises.

The position requires a Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy and a current state license, with preference for prior LTC or rehab experience.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Provides skilled physical therapy services to patients with impairments or disabilities. Plans, implements, and evaluates therapy programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote independence.
