Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital - Albuquerque is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) for day shifts in Albuquerque, NM. The PT will evaluate rehabilitation potential, set realistic goals, and plan and administer a personalized treatment program to meet each patient’s needs.

Requirements include a current New Mexico State PT license, current BLS certification, and ability to read and communicate effectively in English. This role supports our patient-centered care model and ESOP company culture.

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating a patient's rehabilitation potential, establishing realistic goals, and planning and administering a treatment program which best meets that patient's individual functional capacity and tolerance to achieve that goal. All Physical Therapy treatments and modalities are in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care at all times.
