Richmond Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Staten Island, New York is seeking a caring, warm-hearted per diem Physical Therapist (PT) who is currently licensed in New Yorkor is a graduate from an approved Physical Therapist program and is actively working toward obtaining licensure. Our team of compassionate physical, occupational, and speech therapists provides rehab services in a state-of-the-art rehab gym. The Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates residents, develops effective treatment plans, and obtains approval for service from the referring physician. Participates in discharge planning. Records evaluation, treatment, and charges. Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides. Screens residents for potential benefit from PT intervention.

PT Requirements Include:
