AHC Rehabilitation seeks to hire an experienced Physical Therapist for our Inpatient Rehabilitation Department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As an Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist you will:

  • Evaluate and treat patients in an acute rehab setting
  • Experience treating a variety of diagnoses, including but not limited to neurological, orthopedic, cardiac and general medicine.
  • Work along trans-disciplinary team, have a passion for patient experience, and possess great communication skills.

Qualifications include:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy with a minimum of an Bachelor’s Degree (required) or DPT
  • Active Maryland PT license required
  • Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Experience in acute or inpatient therapy setting

Work Schedule:

This position is per diem at a rate of $55/hour.

Per diem (as needed) for weekday and/or weekend shift coverage with advance notice. Per diem minimum requirement is 5 weekday or 2 weekend shifts/month.

WEEKEND: 2 weekend days per month (offering a minimum of 6 hours/day), plus TWO holidays (one summer, one winter) per year.

WEEKDAY: 5 weekdays per month (offering a minimum of 4 hours/day), plus TWO holidays (one summer, one winter) per year.

Pay Range:

If the salary range is not displayed or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:
