Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Per-Diem Physical Therapist to work in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department. We are owned and operated by therapists, emphasizing ethical patient care and resident outcomes.

The role requires a current PT license or eligibility, strong computer skills (Outlook/Word/Excel), and the ability to work well in a collaborative team. Expect a flexible schedule with a focus on quality care.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting (SA SNF).
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Must possess current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation.
• Show good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting and be flexible with hours.

Good Faith Rate Range: $45/hr - $50/hr
