Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group is seeking a Home Health Pediatric Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one care in homes, daycares, and schools. You will develop individualized treatment plans and help children reach their maximum potential in familiar environments.

We offer flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, and PRN, sign-on bonus, and strong clinical and administrative support to balance patient care with professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas PT license or eligible to obtain licensure before start date.
• One year of experience preferred; new graduates encouraged.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide PT services to improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence.
• Implement physician-approved plans of care using evidence-based interventions.
• Provide caregiver education to support progress outside therapy.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Supervision of PTAs is a plus but not required.

Physical Therapist Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
