No Stone Unturned Therapeutic Learning Center in Manhattan, KS seeks a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our outpatient pediatric therapy team. You will help children build strength, mobility, coordination, balance, and functional independence, delivering evaluations, individualized plans, and family education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Kansas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and complete documentation within established timeframes.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve function and participation.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
• Educate families to support carryover and progress at home.

What You’ll Do

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping children develop strength, mobility, coordination, balance, and functional independence.

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs and goals.
• Provide evidence‑based interventions to improve physical function and participation in daily activities.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
• Complete evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and required documentation in a timely manner.
• Educate and collaborate with families to support carryover and continued progress at home.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, patient‑centered environment.

Qualifications

Required
