Step Up Rehab is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join the Solaris HealthCare Daytona SNF in Daytona Beach, FL. You will provide skilled PT services to residents, working inside the dedicated therapy gym and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve function and quality of life. Licensed Florida PT required; license-eligible considered.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
