Job summary

Care Inn Avir of LaGrange, part of the Vital Therapy network, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. You will deliver patient-centered PT and have opportunities to develop programs in wound care, gait, balance, and skilled functional maintenance.

Qualifications

• Texas PTA License required.
• Experience delivering PT in skilled nursing/post-acute settings preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement therapy programs.

We seek a PTA who is passionate about delivering the best care possible to our patients and residents and offer opportunities for you to develop programs in wound care, gait, balance, skilled functional maintenance, and more.
