Job summary

Vital Therapy is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to join AVIR AT CLARKSVILLE's in-house therapy team. You will work with a high-energy, interdisciplinary group to address orthopedic and neurological conditions, with opportunities to develop balance, gait and mobility programs.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in Texas (or eligible).

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document progress and adjust care plans accordingly.

AVIR AT CLARKSVILLE, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek a PT who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in balance, gait, mobility, skilled maintenance and many more. In addition, we provide on-going training and career development opportunities.

Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 80 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities with in-house therapy teams.
