Job summary

Premier Therapy LLC in New Castle, PA is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to help residents regain strength, mobility, and confidence through individualized rehabilitation in a skilled nursing setting.

You will evaluate residents, create and update treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, document progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to meet rehab goals.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in the applicable state.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or geriatric rehab preferred.
