Job summary

Aegis Therapies in Springfield, MA is hiring a Physical Therapist for outpatient services in assisted living and independent living communities. This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, a Monday to Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends, and opportunities to work with higher functioning residents.

You will treat residents in their rooms or on-site clinics, maintain scheduling independence, contribute to clinic marketing, and collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Current license as Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in outpatient, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient PT services to residents in assisted living and on-site clinics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
