Job summary

Aegis Therapies in Rockford, IL is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient services in a senior living and outpatient clinic setting. Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends or evenings, with patient-centered care and opportunities to market the clinic and manage scheduling.

You will join a supportive team with strong clinical mentoring, ongoing education, and flexible career paths across clinical and management tracks, including licensure reimbursement and CEU days.

Qualifications

• Current license as Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in outpatient, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents in outpatient and assisted living settings Monday–Friday.
• Deliver patient-centered PT services and manage plan of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in scheduling and clinic operations.
