The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive services including screening, evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, re-evaluation, discharge planning, and documentation across various settings. They participate in program planning, protocol development, and assist the team in achieving goals.

Conduct evaluation services, review patient history, perform assessments, explain findings, and involve patients and families in goal setting.
Implement treatment protocols proficiently, consult with healthcare professionals as needed, and modify care plans based on patient condition changes.
Complete discharge planning, document and charge for activities accurately, and maintain clear records of patient care.
Manage time effectively, meet productivity expectations, and provide flexible, empathetic patient access to care.
Pursue ongoing professional development, serve as a clinical instructor, and mentor staff, students, and volunteers.
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Licensure in Maryland, District of Columbia, and/or Virginia as required.
American Heart Association BLS certification.
This position offers a hiring range of $72,758 - $130,041.
