Provides evaluation services, reviews historical information, performs assessments, and explains findings to patients and families, involving them in goal setting.
Implements treatment protocols proficiently based on evaluation findings and patient presentation. Consults with healthcare professionals as needed and documents changes in patient condition requiring care plan modifications.
Completes discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Demonstrates effective time management, meets productivity expectations, and manages a schedule efficiently. Provides patient access to care with flexibility, empathy, and adaptability.
Pursues continuing education for professional growth, serves as a clinical instructor, and mentors new staff, students, volunteers, and technicians.
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Licensure in Maryland, District of Columbia, and/or Virginia as required for the specific location.
American Heart Association BLS certification for Healthcare Providers, including CPR.
This position offers a hiring range of $72,758 - $130,041.
