Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for 100% outpatient care including joint replacement, vestibular, chronic pain, stroke, and athletic with a strong emphasis on patient education and outcomes.

You will join a team that values mentorship, detailed documentation, and collaborative care. The position offers a structured onboarding program, a 8 am–5 pm schedule, significant PTO, and benefits after 30 days to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists.
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
