Nealy Pierce is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a 100% outpatient setting. The role offers a full-time, salaried opportunity with a structured mentorship program for candidates at all experience levels, including new grads.

Ideal candidates hold a PT degree and are open to growth across outpatient and inpatient rehab contexts. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend coverage; benefits begin after 30 days, and a tuition loan reimbursement program (PSLF) is available.

Qualifications

• Holds a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Is open to New Graduates and Experienced Therapists.
• Is detail-oriented but able to see the big picture.
• Communicates effectively across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient physical therapy care to a diverse patient population.
• Mentor and train new graduates and therapists in outpatient care.
• Maintain a full-time, salaried outpatient schedule with a stable salary.
• Participate in a formal mentorship program.
