Aegis Therapies in Lacrosse, WI is hiring a Physical Therapist for a hybrid outpatient role. You’ll split time between on-site clinics and Telehealth, with weekday scheduling and a flexible, up-to-40-hour week that can include 20 hours on-site and 20 hours via Telehealth from home.

Responsibilities include treating residents Monday-Friday (no evenings or weekends), in-room or on-site outpatient settings, and contributing to a patient-centered care plan while maintaining a balanced schedule.

Qualifications

• Current license as Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
