Position: Physical Therapist (PT), Outpatient
Shift: FT Days
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping others and is a team player. In this role you will work in a fast‑paced outpatient center serving pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate a patient’s condition, develop a treatment plan, and help them improve day by day.
- Instruct nursing staff and families on follow‑through programs that build on progress.
- Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges to patient records.
- Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
- Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
- Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, and applicable laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
