I8IS - Infiniti Software Solutions is assisting a national healthcare provider in Charlottesville, VA to recruit a Physical Therapist (PT) for outpatient care. The role is full-time, onsite with Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend obligations.

The position offers an $80,000 annual salary plus performance-based bonuses and an additional sign-on bonus up to $10,000, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program: DPT or equivalent.
• Active Virginia PT license or eligibility for Virginia licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it as required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, sports-related, post-operative, vestibular, balance, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare providers to support positive patient outcomes.
• Use Raintree EMR and available technology to maintain accurate and efficient clinical documentation.
• Provide patient-centered care while supporting functional improvement and rehabilitation goals.

Required Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or qualifying equivalent.
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Virginia licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it as required.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence-informed care, teamwork, and positive patient outcomes.
