Job summary

Endeavor Physical Therapy, part of the H2 Health family, seeks a full-time Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Waco, TX. Join a patient-centered team that emphasizes evidence-based care, mentorship, and professional growth in a supportive setting.

You will perform evaluations, design plans of care, and deliver interventions to improve mobility and function, while leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline documentation. Texas licensure and a DPT (or equivalent) are required.

Qualifications

• DPT degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, balance, and quality of life.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
