H2 Health in Paris, KY is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient clinic. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and provide evidence-based care across orthopedic, neuro, gait and balance, and sports medicine cases.

Qualifications

• DPT from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Kentucky PT license or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

At H2 Health Paris, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care to a diverse outpatient population, including orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, sports medicine, and workers' compensation patients.
