Mount Carmel Health System in Ohio is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients referred for PT services, collaborating with care teams to deliver high quality, patient‑centered care and maintain accurate records.
You will document evaluations and progress, implement treatment plans, ensure proper billing, delegate to the PTA when appropriate, and communicate with other providers on continuity of care and discharge planning. Travel to other sites may be required.
