Avera Brookings Clinic, a department of Brookings Health System, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to cover leaves with potential to become part‑time or full‑time, delivering high‑quality therapy and supporting growth within the team.
You will evaluate patients, develop and adjust individualized treatment programs, provide direct therapy, document progress, and communicate with patients and the care team.

A Brief Overview Responsible for the daily coordination and delivery of physical therapy services implementing specific treatment program for individual patients and patient groups according to the principles and practices of physical therapy and established objectives of the department

Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience: Physical Therapist - Licensing Board An active license in the state of practice
Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience: 1-3 years Experience as a licensed physical therapist
